start going to the right (underhand flip, reverse pivot, side arm dart, backhand flip, finish with a DP turn into catch net)

Approach live ball, glove hand outside foot throw to relay man who pivots and turns with throw to bag man who swipes the tag

stand with feet together (stretch the elastic) and take the stride step forward on the ball of the front foot (60% / 40 %) while loading the hands back. most athletic position and push on player to verify they in a strong athletic position. swing!

hands, feet, eyes (on target), h stance, pause, deliver. front foot lands straight ahead, back foot pivoted, glove hand up to protect the body, throwing hand like a sword straight down

round the base, front corner of the base, aggressive turn around the base, breakdown and return to the base, then do a sprint to second after everyone goes through once
