HOW TO STEP INTO THE BOX For young athletes without a clue :), use the Hitting Grip and Stance Drill to provide a plan for success. For the right-handed hitter: Stance / Feet - * Right-foot step: Toe of foot to closest corner of home plate * Left-foot step: Toe of foot to back heel of right foot * Right-foot step: Steps back, comfortably so that feet are pointing in same direction. * Bend the knees and get athletic. Boom! We have a stance. Now swing hard young baller!
